Banyule Council

Heidelberg Mixed use Commercial

Asset Owner: Banyule City Council
Cost: $250,000
Duration: 2 Months

Project Description:

Air Control was appointed by the Banyule City Council to undertake an air conditioning, heating and ventilation upgrade to one of their Heidelberg situated commercial office buildings.

Air Control safely decommissioned and removed the buildings HVAC assets using a large 50tonne crane truck lifting from two (2) different street locations with everything shut down and taken out over a weekend crane lift.

Our team then re-installed new rooftop packaged AC units to first floor tenancies, with new ceiling cassette units, wall and split ducted AC units to service the remainder of building office tenancies. A new basement car park ventilation system was installed using CO2 detectors, variable fan speed and new digital controls to efficiently operate the new equipment.
